Commercial Pilot

Holding a commercial certificate, by itself, allows you to:

• AAct as PIC of any common-carriage airline flight
• BBe compensated for acting as PIC in operations that do not require a 119 certificate (and that you are rated/current for)
• CCarry passengers for hire in a 150-hour private airplane you rent
• DOperate under Part 135 without an ops spec
